Nancy Hastings, Real Estate Sales Associate

orange-park-home-valuesAs a real estate sales associate and top producer with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, Nancy has been a resident of Jacksonville, FL for over 8 years. After a brief move to San Diego, Nancy returned to Jacksonville in 2014, and she and her husband Rob live in Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville.

Nancy’s professional career is rooted in sales, and she uses this experience to make the process of real estate easier for her clients. She enjoys learning about her clients’ wants and needs in order to help them discover the perfect home.

Additionally, Nancy’s strength is helping her clients identify the ideal location and lifestyle they desire in the Jacksonville area as well as educating her clients throughout the home buying and selling experience.

When she is not buying or selling homes with clients, Nancy enjoys spending time with her three nephews – John Rollins, Jacob, and Hogan – as well as playing golf and cooking. She even has her own recipe blog where she shares her favorite Southern dishes.


Rob Hastings, Real Estate Sales Associate

Also a real estate sales associate with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, Rob has been a resident of Jacksonville, FL for 12 years. Rob came to Jacksonville for his first duty assignment in the Navy in 2005 and returned to Jacksonville in 2014 after a brief move to San Diego.

After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, Rob served for nine years active duty as an officer in the Navy. He received a Master’s of Business Administration from Univ. of California San Diego’s Rady School of Management.

Rob is an entrepreneur and the founder of onLessons, an online marketplace that connects instructors and students for any type of lesson or tutoring session. The company is his third start-up company and one of many sites in what he calls “online real estate.”

Rob uses his background in business to help clients navigate a financially sound real estate transaction. His ability to analyze data, numbers, and engage in creative negotiation ensures that his clients receive only the best possible real estate outcome. Now a Navy veteran, Rob especially enjoys helping military homebuyers and sellers in Jacksonville as he continues to serve those who he served alongside.

When not helping his clients navigate the real estate process, Rob enjoys playing golf with Nancy as well as investing in financial markets. He also loves to play music, both the guitar and piano.
