Our approach is to make the home buying experience fun, enjoyable, exciting, and as least stressful as possible. Our experience and expertise is critical, and we love to see the smiles on buyers' faces at the closing table after they have purchased their dream home. 1. BUYER CONSULTATION
To get started, we conduct a buyer consultation via phone, in-person meeting, or Zoom. The purpose is to learn more about YOU, your needs, your wants, and to explain the homebuying process. We also review the upfront costs in the process (e.g., binder deposit, appraisal, and home inspection) to ensure you know what to expect.

2. GETTING PRE-APPROVED
An important part of the home buying process is getting pre-approved for financing. This ensures that as you start your home search, you are (1) looking at homes in your budget, (2) are comfortable with the monthly costs, and (3) are ready to make an offer when your dream home comes on the market. Many buyers often miss out on their dream homes because they aren't pre-approved or otherwise have their finances in order.
As part of the buyer consultation, we will discuss your intended means of financing as well as make introductions to our trusted lenders if necessary. We partner with the best!
3. LET'S START SEARCHING!
Let's be honest. It's really fun to look at homes for sale. As part of your home search, we will set up a special home search portal just for you. The portal shows only homes that meet your budget, home criteria, and locations. You can mark homes as "favorites" which allows us to see the types of homes in which you are interested.
After you have identified homes to see, we schedule appointments for showings.
4. MAKING AN OFFER
Once we find the dream home, it's time to make an offer. As your agents, our expertise here is essential. Our goal is to negotiate the best possible terms of the offer for you. This includes not only price but also binder deposit amount, closing date, inclusions, closing costs, and other terms.
After your offer is accepted, it is important to conduct a home inspection to ensure the home you intend to purchase is in satisfactory condition. We will provide a list of trusted home inspectors and be present for the entire duration of the home inspection.
The home inspector will provide a home inspection report usually within 24 hours of the inspection. We will review the inspection report with you, discuss the items needed for repair, and draft a repair request to ask the Seller to fix those items or make a monetary concession.
Are your ready to get the keys to your new home? With inspections and repairs complete and assuming that you have full loan approval from your lender, we can now close on your new home.
